Reflexology

Service Description

I am excited to offer Reflexology treatments alongside my other therapies. Reflexology is excellent for improving circulation and lymphatics in the les and feet and can help relieve pain and symptoms of many other conditions - please see my blog post for more information. The treatment starts with a lower leg massage and mobilisation of the ankle and foot, followed by the reflexology treatment which can be a general treatment or target specific areas. You can expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after your session, and ready to take on the world one step at a time!
