All About Me
Hello! I'm Victoria. I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine since 2005, when I completed my BSc in Osteopathy from the London School of Osteopathy and the University of Brighton. For the following 10 years I ran a busy practice in Cambridge, where me and my associates helped hundreds of patients of all ages to live life to the fullest. I also qualified as a Reiki therapist during that time. From 2015 - 2021 I took a break from work in order to home educate my two children. During that time I did more reiki training, gaining certification in angelic reiki and animal reiki, and also qualified as a Rahanni healer. I started working again in 2019 as a Reiki, Rahanni and Craniosacral therapist. In 2021 I re-joined the Register of Osteopaths, as I feel that gives me the greatest opportunity to help people. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the profound change that can be achieved by utilising the body's inherent capacity to heal itself. and have undertaken extensive post-graduate training in Paediatric and Cranial Osteopathy. I am continually learning and aim to bridge the gap between alternative and western medicine whilst providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which my patients can get better. Prior to becoming an osteopath I was a scientist, having studied Biochemistry at UEA followed by an MSc in Environmental Biotechnology at Canterbury, and my scientific background has been invaluable in satisfying my desire to be able to accurately explain the processes involved in these gentle treatment modalities. I have recently achieved a long-held ambition to train as a reflexologist. Reflexology complements Osteopathy brilliantly, and increases the scope of my ability to help people with complex, long-term and systemic illness.
I am happiest outdoors; I am a keen wild swimmer and have ridden horses all my life. I also love long walks with my dogs and family in the South Cambridgeshire countryside.
